PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
The focus of the program is to provide a forum for individuals involved in surgical education to seek
new approaches and creative solutions to problems and issues in medical education. To enhance
understanding of changes and problems facing surgical residency programs in training surgical
residents and medical students, and to improve management skills in this environment.
